Get a transfer
GET/v1/transfers/:transfer_id
Returns the current status of a transfer. Use it with the transfer_id
returned in the 201 response of POST /v1/transfers to learn whether
the transfer is done or rejected.
The response contains the transfer status only. For the details of a
transfer that is not done, see Transaction History in the Payments &
wallet section of your Personal Area.
The signed EXN-IDEMPOTENCY-KEY header is required with an empty value
for this GET request. The transfer is readable by its sender and its
recipient: by any of their API keys whose scopes cover the transfer
type, including keys created after the transfer. A transfer that is
not visible to your API key is reported as TRANSFER_NOT_FOUND.
