Delete rebate group rule
DELETE/v1/partnership/autorebates/groups/rules/:rule_id
Deactivate a rebate group rule. Later active rules move up in priority. Check the remaining rules afterward.

Rate limits:
- This operation counts toward the shared limit of 600 requests per 60 seconds per partner, across all of the partner's API keys and all Partnership API operations.
Consistency and recovery notes:
- This API does not guarantee idempotent writes. If the response is lost, read the affected group, rule, client settings, or rebate rows before deciding whether to send the write again.
