Get rebate client accounts list
GET/v1/partnership/autorebates/clients
List client trading accounts available for rebate settings, including their assigned group, rebate percentage, accumulated reward, paid rebate, and destination account. Use filters to locate clients before inspecting a group or reviewing their rebate configuration.

Rate limits:
- This operation counts toward the shared limit of 600 requests per 60 seconds per partner, across all of the partner's API keys and all Partnership API operations.
Consistency and recovery notes:
- The operation is safe to retry. For a missing or inaccessible resource, verify the identifier and the current resource list before retrying.

Operation is not permitted for the authenticated API key, partner, or operation scope.
Rate limit exceeded.
