Get rebate batch account rows
GET/v1/partnership/autorebates/:rebate_id/clients
List the client-account rebate rows belonging to one generated rebate batch. Rows expose calculation inputs, amounts, status, destination account, and processing error information.

Rate limits:
- This operation counts toward the shared limit of 600 requests per 60 seconds per partner, across all of the partner's API keys and all Partnership API operations.
Consistency and recovery notes:
- The operation is safe to retry. For a missing or inaccessible resource, verify the identifier and the current resource list before retrying.

Requested resource was not found or is not visible to the authenticated partner.
